“U†Shape Air Heater
Construction: U-Shape, Chrome Nickel Steel
Sheathed tubular heater, provided with
adjustable brackets for fitting and
heavy-duty brass terminals. All heaters
specified in the table carry the ISI mark (
IS:4159)
Application: Specially designed for
all still air heating applications like
baking, curing of paints enamels, lacquers,
varnish adhesives. In dehumidifying
equipment, for dryers of metal, powders,
sand paper, plastic and textile industries,
in hot air ducts etc.
Finned Air Heater
Construction: U-Shape, Chrome Nickel
Steel Sheathed tubular heater, fitted with
65 X 35 mm G.I. rectangular fins for
increased heat transfer. Provided with
adjustable brackets for fitting and
heavy-duty brass terminals. All finned air
heaters upto 2000W, as specified in the
table, carry the ISI mark ( IS:4159)

Application: Specially designed for
forced air heating applications, like in
recirculation ovens, comfort heaters, air
ducts, industrial processes requiring hot
air, annealing etc.
Construction: Manufactured out of
special grade steel tube, brazed to a C.I.
Flange provided with a thermostat pocket,
earthing terminals and cap for protection of
terminals.
Application: Fuel oil heating, oil
circulating, for systems that supply hot oil
to plastic and chemical processes, oil
jacketed kettles and similar equipment.
Construction: Made from
M.S./S.S./Titanium pipe welded to a
C.I./S.S. Flange. The heater is the
replaceable refractory type, which can be
replaced easily. Can also be supplied with a
lead covering.
Application: To heat oil, water, foodstuff,
alkaline solutions, anodizing and plating
baths etc
Construction: Manufactured in various
sheathings such as Brass, Stainless Steel
and Incoloy, in various diameters and
lengths. Uniform heat distribution round and
over the length of the heater is achieved by
carefully positioning the resistance alloy
in special refractory insulators. Please
consult table for maximum permissible
wattage.
Application: For heating die moulds,
platens, revolving rolls, plastic injection
and extruding barrels, carton making
machines and shoe making machines etc. |
